Volunteer opportunity in Senegal

We are looking for a physiotherapist for our project in Senegal for a 2-week stay (last week of July and first week of August). The aim of this volunteer position is to collaborate with local healthcare work in coordination with other NGOs such as Inspira Salud and Alpicat Solidari.

The intervention will focus on training local healthcare staff in rehabilitation, as well as monitoring community work projects with the association of people with disabilities and women in Dindefelo (Senegal).

Requirements:

- Physiotherapist certification
- High level of French (essential)
- Availability for the 2 weeks indicated
- Ability to work in a team and adapt

The following will be considered an asset:

- Experience in neuropediatrics or neurorehabilitation in adults
- Previous experience in international cooperation
- Motivation to work in resource-limited settings
